Halloween + Niels Hartmann

In 2019, I borrowed more than 100 books to learn about Danish culture. I studied first the 5 modules at KU, then, when I was pregnant with my second son, I took again the 5 modules in Ballerup.

What is Halloween?

The kids dress up in costumes, and sometimes they go around to collect candies. We also tried it several times, and we went around and brought music with us as well. We also brought a big box of lollipops as well. Sometimes we gave candies to the kids on the street.

You would not believe it, but the big toy seller shops have already started to sell the costumes for Halloween, plus decorations. When? First week of September.
