Krigen i 1864 + Ole Bygbjerg

More horror from the Danish education...

At KU the Danish teacher took the money from the municipality for 5 modules...  and told the students that nobody would be able to read a book in Danish...

Second time, at Ballerup, when I mentioned I could take an easy book to read and then tell the summary in Danish... they said it is too high a level of Danish... I should not do anything like this...

Nah, I did more than 100 books for myself... and then I passed PD3 plus CBS....

Here is another easy book. The picture was taken in 2019, and the book is from Ballerup library.

Did you know that Hungarians were obligated to participate in this war? Not only Hungarians, but other nationalities as well from the Austrian-Hungarian Empire...

Why did the problem start?

- Source: https://vilagbarangolo.blog.hu/2020/10/12/magyar_huszarok_daniaban

In the South, the agricultural people wanted to live as Germans. It was not pleasant news for the Danish royals or government.

In the red area, Danish speakers lived, in the blue area, German speakers lived, and in the yellow area, Friz language was spoken.

This was a few years after the big Hungarian Revolution 1848, where the people fought for these:

What the Hungarian nation wants:

Let there be peace, liberty, and concord.

  1. We demand the freedom of the press, the abolition of censorship.
  2. Independent Hungarian government in Buda-Pest.
  3. Annual national assembly in Pest.
  4. Civil and religious equality before the law.
  5. National army.
  6. Universal and equal taxation.
  7. The abolition of socage.
  8. Juries and courts based on an equal legal representation.
  9. A national bank.
  10. The army must take an oath on the Constitution, send our soldiers home and take foreign soldiers away.
  11. Setting free the political prisoners.
  12. Union [with Transylvania].

That means the Hungarian people fought for freedom for the soldiers. They wanted the Hungarian soldiers to stay at home! This was in 1848.

Then, in 1864, they had to fight on the side of the German army. WHY??

As the revolution broke down in 1848 in Hungary.

Questions:
- Whose fault was that?
- Why were the Hungarians in Denmark in the 1864 war?
- Why did the Hungarians not win in 1848?
- Why did the Danish royals want the German-speaking territories?
- Why did the Germans help the German speakers next to Germany?
- Who needs to be sad? Why? (the soldiers and their families, 100% and who more?)

and so on...
