Phytotherapy course to be calm during the pregnancy
I really liked the Naturopathy course in blended education. I was studying for months online, and I had a mountain of physical courses as well in Hungary.
I was still pregnant when I decided to continue my studies online.
I decided to study Phytotherapy online at Konnektív Felnőttképző.
One of the most common teas for the winter: Lindens (Lind) / hársfa.
What does my Phytotherapy Education cover?
- The History of Phytotherapy, characteristics of the herbs
- The alkaloid, glycosidic content herbs, and spices
- Saponin, carbohydrate, tannin, and bitter substance content herbs
- Medicinal plants
- How to use medicinal plants to treat the digestive system
- How to use medicinal plants to treat the respiratory system, circulatory system, and urine separator system
- How to use medicinal plants to treat endocrine and nervous system
- How to use medicinal plants to treat skeletal muscles, sensory organs, and immune system
- Apitherapy Products: honey, pollen, beeswax, etc.

I read a lot of books about herbs, Chinese and Indian herbal books. My first herbal book was from my mother, who studied high-level herbalism as part of her medical doctor education in Hungary in the 1980s.
