Nina Sahl and modern magic in Denmark

Some people come from a different continent and tell super exotic stories about the magic of their home. Some people lie about their origin, some people lie about their religion.

Some people want to look credible about the new religion, that just started to practice, and make horrible mistakes...

So what was, for example, Christianity in the Dark Middle Ages, when people could not read and study?

Not so much different, nowadays in other religions, with the same level of micro educational background.

If that time, people managed to build feudalism, then I can see a similar pattern in Denmark as well.

Although it is supposed to be a flat hierarchy, still a lot of lies regarding emotional damage people wish to gain a higher position in the imaginary hierarchy.

In 2019, I took the Danish classes, again in Ballerup, I went to the library a lot of times. I checked more than 100 books to understand the Danish culture.

Now, after 6 years, I can tell, there is not too much to understand about the Danish culture, as the Danish culture has gone through a very strong influence because of the new inhabitants of the country in the last 20-50 years.

This is a new Denmark.

A lot of people came as they were poor in their original countries, or had to escape from dangerous situations. Is it a problem that they started a new life in Denmark?

Nope.

Then what?

The issue starts when we want to teach about Denmark and the Danish culture, and we ignore the major changes that Denmark has gone through in the last 50 years.

A lot of people do not know anymore folk religion like Rune. This book was first published in 2011.
When kids did not have a strong influence from other cultures. Nowadays, the different computer games and online solutions, and streaming services give the kids a new way to understand culture, language, and magic.

A lot of times, parents and teachers have a little understanding of the full picture that the kids can access.

In the book, there is one topic, Magiske fortællinger... that is about the fairy tales... For me, last year, it was shocking to see in the History magazine of Denmark that certain educational circles want to stop this. They dared to write that fairy tales should be forbidden. They did it under some kind of educational authorities... Only the fact that it was published in a magazine that is supposed to teach History.... is already very negative.
What is the purpose?

If teachers and parents should stop telling fairy tales... why do you think that AI will do the same?
When parents show interest in their kids' education, how much do they understand the influence of the internet?
We should not stop the internet, but it is important to give more explanation.

Kids love fairy tales; they love to hear their parents' voices in a safe environment.
Some kids need so much attention that they do everything as if they were going back to some kind of baby period.

And here comes the power of the fairy tales...
How?

I started to record my voice as a fairy tale when I was just pregnant with my first son.
I also played it to him. I also told real-time fairy tales...

So the relaxed and well-connected time was built up around stories to learn.

If a child only got attention, if there was a problem... then later, several years after the baby time, that child will create a situation that looks valid for the parent's attention.

What is the issue around this attitude?
That the child stays as a baby even after 20- 30 or more years... as an emotional responsibility was not explained.

Fairy tales are there to support parents and kids in this journey.

It helps even parents to get better with their own emotional challenges.

Maturing means emotional responsibility and not wrinkles or grey hair.
