Is smørrebrød only Danish? I do not think so...
This is a small preparation for a home party or fest in Lodz, Poland, in 2012 or 2013. Everything was made by me.
The meals were inspired by my family history and what I studied from my father's mother, then in primary school, and from Mexican friends.
